This was the largest liquidation event in crypto history.
Nearly 20x bigger than the Covid crash.

I saw the same truth again.
Most people lose.
Not because they are not smart, but because they cannot control their emotions under pressure.
The storm is not the enemy.
The internal reaction to the storm is.
Last night I was live with my DeFi community.
It was late.
We stayed up together.
We analyzed everything into the night.
Some stayed online even until early morning today.
There was fear, but there was no panic.
We reviewed positions.
We managed risk.
We protected capital.
We looked at new opportunities.
We stayed calm while others collapsed emotionally.
That is when it hit me again.
Calm is a competitive advantage.
And it is available to anyone who trains it.
Today, I will show you a simple method that I call:
The Eye of the Storm Method
This method has 3 mental hacks that mentally strong people use every time chaos hits.
You can use them in business, in money, in relationships, in leadership, in daily life.
Storms are always coming.
You cannot avoid them.
But you can prepare to win inside them.
II. What Is the Eye of the Storm?
Look at a hurricane from above.
It is pure chaos.
Wind. Destruction. Noise. Force.
But at the center of every storm... there is something strange.
Silence.
The eye of the storm is calm.
It is still.
There is no chaos at the center.
Only power.
That is how strong leaders and wealthy thinkers act under pressure.
They do not run.
They do not overreact.
They do not freeze.
They stand.
They think.
They act with precision.

III. Mental Hack #1 β Control the First Reaction
In every crisis the first reaction is emotional, fast, untrained⦠primitive.

Stop everything for 2 seconds
Breathe in deep for 2 seconds
Breathe out for 2 seconds
Ask one question: βWhat is the smartest move right now?β
This interrupts panic.
This activates logic.
This saves your future.
This single habit protects you in life.

IV. Mental Hack #2 β Separate Emotion from Decision
Stress mixes emotion into decisions.

Write down:
What do I know for sure?

Look at reality.
Decide from truth.
Not from emotion.

Fear is energy.
