IV. Mindful Journaling

Journaling is your personal therapist.

Use this powerful prompt:

This helps you identify what's bothering you.

From there, you can solve it.

One night, after losing a huge deal, journaling helped me see the bigger picture.

Social media and constant notifications stress your mind.

Successful people protect their mental health by unplugging regularly.

Here's what works best:

  • Schedule 30 minutes daily without technology.

For me, evening walks without my phone bring peace and clarity.
