Zero food.

Only water and minerals.

That was my experiment.

But let me be clear.

I did not jump into it blindly.

For months, I had been practicing 16/8 keto fasting.

Sixteen hours with no food.

Eight hours where I ate clean, mostly low-carb.

On top of that, I had built a rhythm of OMAD (one meal a day) three times per week.

This preparation mattered.

It trained my body to burn fat instead of sugar.

It taught me how to go long hours without food.

It made hunger feel like an old friend I no longer feared.

So when I began my 96-hour fast, I never really felt hungry.

Not once.

What I did feel was occasional dizziness.

Moments when I had to slow down, take a breath, and let my body adjust.

But hunger?

That never came.

When I compare it to how I worked before fasting, the difference is night and day.
